New England Federal Credit Union, the iBank kiosk will play a
major role in our branch modernization plans. The iBank is uniquely
positioned to engage members in services other than just Internet
Banking. Self-Service Networks assisted us in creating a primary navigation
screen that promotes our Auto Research Tool and our Seminar Enrollment
Tool. Along with printable rate sheets and an integrated telephone
with direct connection to our call centers, we envision the iBank
kiosk to be a pivotal delivery channel in our future retail banking
designs.
