iBank includes a number of important security features designed to protect both your customers’ privacy and your iBank investment.

1. Information Security

To protect your customers from identity theft, iBank features:

• Proximity Sensor – A user session is automatically terminated when a customer walks away from your iBank without logging off. All personal information, browser cache and cookies are erased ensuring that this information cannot be accessed by others.
  
  
• Privacy Side Panels – Protects customers when they’re using iBank by making it difficult for bystanders to view onscreen information.
  
  
• Thermal Kiosk Printer (optional) – Protects customers by automatically retracting printouts that are not retrieved within a specified amount of time.

2. Physical Security

To withstand intense public use, iBank features:

• Locked access doors to protect computer equipment
  
  
• Rugged keyboard/trackball with non-removable keys, sealed against water/dust
  
  
• Anchor plate for optional floor-mounting
  

3. Application Security

To block unauthorized computer activity, iBank Secure Kiosk Software:

• Prevents surfing beyond your approved web site(s)
  
  
• Prevents launching unauthorized applications
  
  
• Prevents unauthorized access of iBank’s hard drive or operating system
  
  
• Prevents utilization of invasive keystroke combinations (for example: CTRL + ALT + DEL)
