inReach Remote Monitoring and Management

Of the many important steps that go into a successful kiosk project, one of the most important and under-appreciated is post-installation support/maintenance. To handle these issues, Self-Service Networks has developed inReach™, a monthly subscription-based service suite that provides remote content management, proactive monitoring, and usage analysis for networks of kiosks or other Internet-based appliances.

inReach combines the power of enterprise kiosk software with Self-Service Networks' state of the art Kiosk Network Operations Center (KNOC) to provide:

  • Management of user interfaces, which may be unique for single/multiple kiosks
  • Scheduled or immediate user interface updates
  • Notification and coordination with designated field service engineer
  • Usage analysis, kiosk event history, and statistical reports
